Qasade Online Return & Exchange Policy

For US Orders Only:

Qasade Online offers returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Please note, there is a restocking fee of $15 that will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with the tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at support@qasade.online. A support representative will review your request and, if approved, send you a return label. Always include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Once your return is ready, drop it at your local post office. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Virginia. Please allow 1–2 weeks for the return to arrive at our warehouse.

After delivery, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing. Once completed, a refund confirmation email will be sent. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.


International Returns:

Qasade Online accepts international returns. However, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, email us at support@qasade.online. If approved, you’ll receive an unpaid return label to proceed with your return.


Domestic Exchanges (U.S. Only):

We offer size exchanges for the same style. If you wish to get a different product, please place a new order.

No return shipping fee or restocking fee applies for exchanges.

International Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

After receiving your refund confirmation, please allow 2–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. If you still haven’t received it, contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us at support@qasade.online.


Missing Items:

If your package seems incomplete:

  1. Check the box thoroughly. Sometimes small items are tucked into folds or corners.

  2. Items may ship separately — check your email for multiple tracking numbers.

If you’re still missing something, email support@qasade.online with:

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • A photo of the box and items received

  • A short description of the issue

  • Your order number

You must report missing items within 14 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.


Lost Packages:

Qasade Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package as delivered and the address provided was correct, we cannot refund or reship the order.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@qasade.online. We will do our best to assist.


Can I Cancel or Amend My Order?

We move quickly! If your order is placed on a weekday, our warehouse begins processing it right away, so we cannot cancel or change it once submitted. This includes delivery address, shipping method, or payment info.

If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, you may cancel it by emailing us within 24 hours.
