Delivery Confirmation: Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Disputes regarding non-receipt must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

High-Value Orders ($1000+): Orders totaling $1000 USD or more may require additional verification (e.g., identity or address confirmation). We reserve the right to hold or cancel such orders if legitimacy cannot be verified.

Unclaimed/Refused Packages: If returned due to refusal, wrong address, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
