How to place an order?
Choose your desired product and click ADD TO CART. You can either continue shopping or click EDIT BAG before proceeding to Checkout. At checkout, you can log into your account, create a new one, or continue as a guest.
How fast will my order be processed – for domestic orders?
All domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on those days will be handled on the next business day.
Delivery depends on our shipping partners (USPS and DHL) and may be affected by weather or seasonal delays such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
How fast will my order be processed – for international orders?
International orders placed on weekdays are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Please note: International deliveries may face customs clearance delays beyond our control. All international orders are classified as those placed outside the U.S.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs regulations require us to declare the full value of your order on the package, and its release is at the discretion of local customs authorities.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, please email us at support@qasade.online as soon as possible after placing the order.
While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order is submitted.
What to do if a product is sold out?
If a product is out of stock, use the ‘Notify Me When Available’ option on the product page and enter your email. You’ll receive an automatic email once the item is restocked.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Since orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.
If you entered the wrong address or used non-English characters, contact us immediately with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
We’ll try to update it before shipment. If the package ships before the change is made, you can reply to the tracking notification once it shows “Return to Sender.” Once we receive the returned package, we’ll resend it—but new shipping charges will apply.
I received my order and an item was damaged.
We’re here to help! If your item arrived damaged, please email support@qasade.online with:
– Photos of the damaged item(s)
– A short description of the damage
– Your order number
We’ll respond with next steps as soon as possible.
The items from my package are missing. What should I do?
First, inspect your entire package carefully. Some smaller items may be packed discreetly.
In some cases, your items may arrive in separate shipments with different tracking numbers.
If something is missing, email us at support@qasade.online with:
– A photo of the shipping label and the box
– A short description of what’s missing
– Your order number
Missing item claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After that period, we are unable to offer a reshipment or refund.
How is my credit card information saved?
We do not store or retain any credit card information on our website.
All transactions are securely handled by Flutterwave Payments, a trusted third-party payment processor used by Qasade Online.
